SPECIAL MEETING OF THE PUTNAM COUNTY BOARD
Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at noon.
(Held in the Putnam County Court Room via ZOOM)
A Special Meeting of the Putnam County Board was called to order at noon on Dec 20, 2023, by Putnam County Board Chairman Charlie Lenkaitis.
Roll call was taken by the Clerk of the County Board with Anthony Rue, Steven Malavolti, Luke Holly, and Charles Lenkaitis answering via Zoom. Floyd Holocker was absent. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Chairman Lenkaitis presented the Fiscal year ’24 Budget and Appropriation Ordinance 2023-O-06. With little discussion Board member Malavolti moved to approve the Budget and Appropriation Ordinance 2023-O-06. Board member Rue seconded the motion and the motion was carried on a board vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, and 1 absent.
Chairman Lenkaitis presented the Fiscal year “24 Tax Levy Ordinance 2023-O-07. Board member Rue moved to approve the Tax Levy Ordinance 2023-O-07. Board member Holly seconded the motion and the motion was carried on a board vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, and 1 absent.
At 12:04 P.M., board member Malavolti moved to adjourn the special meeting. Board member Rue seconded the motion and the motion was carried on a board vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays, and 1 absent.
