NOTICE
The Office of the Putnam County Clerk & Recorder would like to inform those interested parties that at the January 14, 2019, Regular Meeting of the Putnam County Board, the board approved and established a Predictable Fee Schedule for all county clerk fees (effective 1/14/2019). The board also approved and established a Predictable Fee Schedule for all standard recording documents (effective 3/15/2019). Please note that for the interim, the $1.00 fee for additional pages after the first four (4) pages of a document submitted for recording no longer applies as of 1/14/2019.
